a. Parent Information: When you sign up for Savvyparent, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

b. Child information: We collect the child’s name, class, section, and roll number of the child. We DO NOT COLLECT OR ASK for a child’s phone number, email ID, postal address, or any other kind of contact information including social media aliases of the child.

c. Child Data: The Savvyparent application collects data from the child's smartphone, including the list of applications on the device, time usage data for all apps, and the real-time location of the child. The real-time location is tracked and shared only with the parents. The list of applications and usage of those applications by the child are shared with their parent only so they can minotor/moderate/restrict their child from improper app usage on the device and/or for moderating the device usage for the best interests of their child. This moderation/restriction/app data collection is stopped/not allowed even by the parent once the child reaches 18 years of age. The location of the child is collected in the background and can be tracked by their parent only, if needed, keeping an eye on the safety of the child.

d. Usage Information: We may collect aggregated usage information for research purposes. The data will be anonymized before being used for research purposes.

Use of Information:

a. We use your personal information to provide you with access to Savvyparent's features and services and communicate with you.

b. Child information collected by the application will be accessible only to the parents. Parents should seek verbal consent from their child for the collection and processing of their personal information. Parents should also ensure that their child is below the age of 18 at all times.

c. The data collected by the application will be limited to the mobile manufacturer, device model, OS version, list of apps, usage statistics of the app, and the current location. We do not collect any other data, including the contents of messages, browsing history, in-app purchases, or recorded calls.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

a. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

b. The data collected by the application may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required by law.
